π Standard Operating Procedures
1. Onboarding
Accept appointment β Complete profile β Review syllabus and class schedule before first class.
2. Lesson Plan
Prepare and upload the session-wise Lesson Plan in approved SRMIST format (PDF/Excel) before conducting the first class. Lesson Plan must be approved by Admin before live classes begin.
3. Daily PPT Upload
Upload the day's PPT presentation before each session. The "Join Live Class" button remains disabled until PPT is uploaded. File formats: .pptx / .ppt / .pdf.
4. Live Class Conduct
Join the class at the scheduled time. Record Start Time, End Time, Duration, and Attendance after each session. Share recording link if applicable.
5. Validation Rules
Faculty cannot join a class without:
